• Sometimes I just need to address the thoughts that are going through my mind in an attempt to rearrange them. Writing them down in a way that allows them the gravity they are demanding seems in a way to take away some of power they are exerting over the moment. Sometimes it takes a lot of writing to gain the upper hand. But somehow eventually I manage to get things in a somewhat better perspective.
