A ghost walked past my mirror this morning,
or was I dreaming?

When the chime rings but no one is there,
what is the meaning?

I woke up alone.
Is this the isolation zone?

Building houses on slippery slopes.
On empty walls hanging my hopes. 

Is this my talent?
Or, maybe my lament.

Is that right?
